We don't have our own garage but we are working with one of the garage company near the location of the BB. It's called GARAGE NAZIONALE. Upon your arrival we can call them to pick up your car and keep it in their garage.

Brilliant location for exploring Florence The staff at the sister hotel were so lovely and friendly, and took our bags in for a few hours before we got our train out of Florence The bed was really comfortable, two pillows included each The room was spacious

What would you highlight about Eco Urban B&B

Quite superb.

So conveniently close to the main SMN train station, yet a peaceful haven away from the suitcase-madness of Via Nazionale at the end of the street. A small hotel - quiet and restful - seemingly far from the tourist mayhem of Florence. Gabriella and Kathlyn on reception were superb: kind, and beyond the highest praise. To be greeted at what seemed like a family breakfast with home-made cake was an exceptional start to the day. So helpful, too, was the housekeeper Silvana. I'm a "morning person", but her beds were so comfortable and expertly made that on some days I had great difficulty stirring . . . I was reluctant to move on, knowing that I would seldom receive such great hospitality.

Nothing in the room itself, which was wonderful. However, noise from building work on the floor above disturbed me on an afternoon (and during the same evening!) that I was really unwell and had to stay in the hotel. It merited a complaint. Thankfully for future guests, all work should have been finished by the time this post is read and it won't be a problem. It should never have happened in the first place and was without doubt a senior management failing. I need to stress, though, that Gabriella was quite superb dealing with the problem. It was a small stain on an otherwise lovely stay.

Location, location, location!

The location was great! Easy to get to the train station Florence SMN. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. We were in a Junior Suite Family room. 2 rooms joined together. One had a regular bed, and the other had a pull-out sofa. This worked well for our family of 4. This room had air conditioning which was very helpful as it was hot and humid at the beginning of July. The electricity only works when you have the key in the room, so you are not able to turn on the air conditioning until you are actually in the room. I understand why they do this and it is environmentally friendly. It didn't take too long to cool down. We did have a little miscommunication after we were first able to go to our room. We initially only had a key to get into one of the rooms (the one with the pull-out sofa). I didn't know how the 4 of us were going to sleep in that room. It took a little back and forth and someone coming over from their partner hotel before they realized they never gave us a key to the adjoining room. We were very happy once they realized and we got the key to the other part of our Junior Family Suite. I did not notice any outside noise with the windows closed. I am a light sleeper and had no issues here. I would definitely stay here again.

Would come back again if we are visiting Florence. Valuable for money.

We love that the room was very clean and tidy and spacious. The location was very convenient, just a very short walk to the Firenze Santa Maria Novella. The receptionist was very friendly and very helpful throughout our stay.

The lift of the building is quite old but still working pretty well.

A big, spacious and well appointed property. High ceilings, only a hop step and jump from the train station and the centre of Florence.

I honestly couldn’t fault this place. Staff were super friendly, room was beautifully appointed and immaculately presented. I’d happily rebook.

Friendly host, practical location when arriving by car/train, walking distance to sights

Great little breakfast buffet with freshly prepared coffee and egg variations by the host and served in a nice little patio. Our host was incredibly nice and inspired us with lots of great advice about Florence. There is a valet parking service, a supermarket and the market hall nearby, which is incredibly convenient. The sights are all in walking distance. We had some wine delivered to the BnB ahead of our stay and they were brilliant and already placed it in our room upon arrival.

Our room was great and had all you need for a city trip. It was rather on the small size though, but I think some of the other rooms are bigger.

Beautiful well design property near train station

Well designed and modern B&B walking distance from the train station. Thank you to Gabriella who waited to check us in although it was past her working hours. Thank you to Kathlyn who are so friendly and fried eggs for us every morning. We love the design and the garden. Very thoughtful amenities, everything a traveller needs is provided - kettle, free coffee/teas, toiletries, and even a crystal lamp, something that I don't even see in 5* hotels. I would stay here again if I am back to Florence next time!
